As part of its economic development remit, PMM has added a business hotel to its portfolio, located in the Espace Entreprises Méditerranée zone in Rivesaltes.

Previously owned by the Conseil départemental, the premises have been transferred to PMM, and include a reception area, 21 offices, 10 120m2 workshops and a meeting room. The presence of the Plein Sud Entreprises association brings added value to the incubator, since it supports entrepreneurs from the business hotel as well as from other incubators in the département. This structure is in addition to the incubators and business hotels managed by PMM.

The transfer of the Hôtel d'entreprises de Rivesaltes took place in the presence of Hermeline Malherbe, President of the Conseil Départemental, Jean Roque, Vice-President of the Conseil Départemental, Robert Vila, President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole, Téophile Martinez, Vice-President of PMM, Laurent Gauze, President of the CCI Pyrénées-Orientales, Vice-President of PMM and André Bascou, Mayor of Rivesaltes.
