Apply for a badge

Badge requests can be made online, at the Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole headquarters or at your local Mairie. 

You will need to present :

  • A valid identity document of the applicant (national identity card, passport, driving licence, ...),
  • An invoice or certificate from the electricity supplier specifying the applicant's delivery point (PDL), dated less than 3 months ago.

 In the case of rental, the badge will be issued to the occupant of the accommodation.

The first badge is issued free of charge; a replacement badge will be charged at the current rate (see Appendix 1).

Up to 1200kg the deposit is free. Beyond that, you will be charged.
Green waste and iron are free.

REQUEST MY BADGE

You will need to present :

  • A valid identity document of the person in charge of the company (national identity card, passport, driving licence, ...),
  • An invoice or certificate from the electricity supplier specifying the delivery point (PDL) of the establishment, dated less than 3 months ago.
  • The KBIS extract (dated less than 3 months).
  • 1st badge issued free of charge. Only one badge issued per fiscal address (except if there are several houses).
  • Replacement of a badge: €15 
  • Deposit paid from the first kilo

REQUEST MY BADGE

You will need to present :

  • A valid identity document of the President of the association (national identity card, passport, driving licence, ...),
  • An invoice or certificate from the electricity supplier specifying the association's delivery point (PDL), dated less than 3 months ago.
  • A copy of the association's statutes.

Only one badge will be issued per tax address. The waste collection centre access badge is the legal responsibility of its holder. The first badge is issued free of charge; its replacement will be invoiced at the current rate (see appendix 1).

REQUEST MY BADGE

Access to Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole's communitywaste collection centres and eco-sites is by means of a magnetic badge. It is issued on request to individuals, professionals and associations. It can be used without time limit. The badge allowsaccess to all of the community's waste collection centres, and also enables each user to be identified without error, so that the quantities deposited can be monitored and controlled. The waste collection centre badge is strictly personal. 

One free* drop-off up to of waste per quarter

On sites equipped with a weighbridge, users' vehicles are weighed on entry and exit. The first kilo of waste received by professionals is billed. Private individuals can drop off up to 1,200 kg of waste per quarter free of charge (beyond that, a fee is charged).

For sites that do not have a weighbridge, free collection for private individuals is limited to 4 loads per month. Invoicing is based on volume, according to the type of vehicle: car with or without trailer, van, truck.
