Faced with the high demand for housing, Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole is implementing a housing policy that meets the objectives set by the State and aims to enable as many people as possible to rent or buy.
Each year, the State determines the household income ceilings that regulate the allocation of social housing. You can contact one of our partners, below, to inform you, accompany you or register your housing application.
Do you want to access social housing? The Ministry of Housing has set up an Internet portal for online applications for social housing. To access it, you must go to the page www.demande-logement-social.gouv.fr to make your application online
