Inter-municipal Local Advertising Regulations

By deliberation of 25 June 2018, the community council of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole urban community prescribed the preparation of the Intercommunal Local Advertising Regulations (RLPi) for its entire territory. Once approved, this document will replace the local advertising regulations currently in force in the member municipalities. The deliberation, available below, specifies the objectives pursued, the terms of collaboration with the municipalities located on the inter-municipal territory and the terms of prior consultation undertaken in application of article L103-2 of the urban planning code.
