Local housing programme
Among the compulsory competences of the urban community is the social balance of housing on the community territory, and more particularly the Local Housing Programme (PLH).
The Local Housing Programme (LHP)
The Local Housing Programme is the main mechanism for housing policy at local level.
Drawn up in partnership with all the local players, it is the essential document which sets out the housing programme, investments and actions of the Urban Community in terms of housing.
PMM's new Housing Plan was finally adopted at the Community Council meeting on 12 April 2021. This PLH is established for a period of six years, for the period 2020 - 2025.
