A quality offer accessible to all.

Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole manages on behalf of the Agence Nationale de l'Habitat (Anah) the requests for subsidies for the rehabilitation of housing over 15 years old and completes the intervention by providing co-financing on energy renovation for owner-occupiers.

The aim is to develop a quality offer that is accessible to all, while enhancing the value of the built heritage.

As far as Anah subsidies are concerned, each owner must be accompanied by a consultancy firm in the process of compiling the file:

  • To assist in the preparation of the work programme (matching the work with the Anah priorities);
  • Follow-up until payment is requested after completion of the work.

The support is free for the owner as it is paid for by the city of Perpignan or by Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole.
