They were surrounded by the 2 winners of the Mini Toques competition, Clémence Leblond from Canet en Roussillon and Léandre Roquetaniere from Saleilles.

🍎 A central exchange point for local fruit and vegetable supply and demand, the wholesale market represents 120 subscribed producers, 120 subscribed buyers, 110 fruit and vegetable references, 8,000 tons of fruit and vegetables sold per year and 300 daily entries to the market.
