PLU commune of Saleilles
The opposable document in the commune is a PLU, for which a declaration of project involving the compatibility of the PLU adopted adopted by the community council on February 26, 2024. The corresponding documents, including the investigating commissioner's report, are available below. The PLU file is also available from the Saleilles town hall and the Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole head office.
The public is informed that, by order of the President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine dated May 3, 2022, the procedure for a declaration of project involving the compatibility of the PLU of the municipality of Saleilles has been initiated.
At the same time, the development of an inter-communal Local Urban Plan - Displacement (PLUi-D) is currently underway. Consultation documents are available in the PLUi-D section of the site.
