PLU commune of Saint-Féliu-d'Avall

The order of the President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine dated 15 June 2021 prescribes a declaration of project concerning the compatibility of the PLU to allow the realisation of the photovoltaic park project called "Energies des Bouzigues". This procedure is subject to an environmental assessment in accordance with the provisions of article L. 103-2 of the Town Planning Code.
