The binding document for the commune is a PLU approved on 11/10/2007, of which a simplified modification no. 3 was approved by the community council on May 22, 2023. The corresponding documents are available opposite.

The public is hereby informed that, in accordance with the order issued by the President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine, a public inquiry will be held into the proposed modification no. 7 to the Canet-en-Roussillon PLU, from Friday February 16, 2024 to Monday March 11, 2024 inclusive, i.e. for 25 consecutive days.

The project to modify the Canet-en-Roussillon PLU n°7 will have the following objectives:
