PLU commune of Canet-en Roussillon
The opposable document in the commune is a PLU approved on 11/10/2007 of which a simplified modification n°2 was approved by the community council on 6 February 2020.
At the same time, the development of an inter-communal Local Urban Plan - Displacement (PLUi-D) is currently underway. Consultation documents are available in the PLUi-D section of the site.
A modification n°6 of the PLU was initiated by order of the President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine dated July 11, 2022. The purpose of this modification project n°6 is :
-To open up the 2AUn zone to urbanization and to define the provisions of the regulations (written and graphic) allowing for the final phases of the realization of public facilities
of the ZAC du Pôle Nautique and the implementation of the overall construction program;
-To define a Development and Programming Orientation for the 2AUn zone opened to urbanization;
By deliberation dated January 30, 2023, the community council specified the objectives and terms of the consultation as follows:
- The availability of a dematerialized register and the consultation file at the following address consultation.perpignanmediterraneemetropole
with the possibility for the public to file comments online or to send them by mail to the President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine at the following address: 11 Boulevard Saint-Assiscle - BP 20641 66006 Perpignan Cedex,
- The availability of the consultation file in paper format at the Centre Technique Municipal Armand Carmona of the Town Hall of Canet-en-Roussillon, 16 boulevard de Las Bigues in Canet (66140) and at the headquarters of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine 11 Boulevard Saint-Assiscle in Perpignan, with the availability of a register allowing the public to formulate its observations;
This consultation begins as soon as this notice is published and will continue until the project is drawn up, on the days and during the usual opening hours of the town hall and the urban community's office.
