👩💻🌱🔋On October 18 and 19, the partnership workshops "Action Program" of the Energy Master Plan were held in the municipality of Rivesaltes.
💻Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole via its Mission Ecological Transition of Sustainable Development (MTEDD) service, is organizing partnership workshops to Co-construct its action program in the framework of its Energy Master Plan and its Climate Plan. Through these workshops, PMM involves the territory's stakeholders (elected officials, representatives of local government departments and public and private actors) to implement its energy transition objectives.
👉The goal of these workshops is to plan the future of energy in our region together. The objective: to divide our energy consumption by 2 and multiply our production of renewable energy by 3!
As part of its #PlanClimat, PMM has set an ambitious goal: to become a Positive Energy Territory (TEPOS) by 2050. The Energy Master Plan, launched on May 25, 2021, will specify this objective, define priorities, spatialize them and time them. It will also allow us to mobilize and initiate a project dynamic with the territory's stakeholders in order to co-construct this strategy and a partnership action plan.
📝 9 thematic workshops are organized to develop the strategy into an action program with the objective of making concrete certain specific points that have been identified as priorities by the urban community.
The workshops were attended by Mr. Medina, vice-president of PMM and mayor of Torreilles, L. Gauze, vice-president of PMM and deputy mayor of Rivesaltes, as well as D. Barbaro, PMM community advisor and mayor of Montner.
