The enforceable document in the commune is a PLU whose simplified modification no. 7 was approved by the community council on October 23, 2023.

In addition, the public has been informed that, by order of the President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine dated March 28, 2024, the procedure for simplified modification no. 8 of the Canohès PLU has been initiated.

In a deliberation dated April 29, 2024, the community council specified the terms and conditions for making the file available as follows:

• The file for simplified modification no. 8 will be made available to the public at the Mairie de Canohès (1 Av. el Crusat, 66680 Canohès) and at the headquarters of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine for at least one month,
• A register will be made available at Canohès town hall and at the head office of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine on the usual opening days and times, to enable the public to make their observations, for a period of at least one month,
• Provision of a dematerialized register and the modification file at the following address concertation.perpignanmediterraneemetropole.fr with the possibility for the public to submit comments online or by post to the President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine at the following address: 11 Boulevard Saint-Assiscle - BP 20641 66006 Perpignan Cedex,
• Posting on the information board of the Mairie de Canohès and at the headquarters of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine of this availability;

The file will be made available from Monday June 3, 2024 to Wednesday July 3, 2024 on the days and during the hours when the Town Hall and the Urban Community Hall are usually open:

The corresponding deliberation is posted for one month in the town hall and at the urban community's headquarters, in the usual place of posting.
