As part of the new public water and wastewater service, operated since January 1 under the local brand name "Eau Agglo - Perpignan Méditerranée", all residents benefit from a more local service.
Inaugurated on Friday January 12 in front of the Communauté urbaine, the Espace Consommateurs Mobile will be touring the region's communes 4 days a week from February 1 to provide all users with information on water and wastewater services.
"There's no longer any need to travel to Perpignan to meet a customer service representative, pay your bill or request the creation of a connection - this is the service that comes to you in your commune," explains Robert Vila, President of the Communauté Urbaine.
This was one of the commitments made by Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole as part of the new contract: "We wanted to guarantee the same access to services for all residents, whether they live in urban or rural areas. Even if digital tools are becoming increasingly popular, it's essential to adapt to each type of user and meet our fellow citizens face-to-face", explains Robert Vila.
While we wait for the Espace Consommateurs Mobile to go live, you can discover it at the "vœux des communes" events:
-Friday, January 12 at 7:30 p.m. in Saint-Nazaire
-Saturday, January 13 at 7:30 p.m. in Saint-Estève
-Friday, January 19 at 7 p.m. in Baho
-Saturday, January 20, 7:30 p.m. at Cases de Pene
-Tuesday, January 23 at 7:30 p.m. in Llupia
The Espace Consommateurs Mobile schedule will be available on the www.ea-pm.fr website from January 25.
