Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole is proud to announce the completion of the Projet Partenarial d'Aménagement Saint-Charles 2040 contract, the fruit of an exceptional collaboration between the State, the Occitanie Region, the Pyrénées-Orientales Department, the City of Perpignan, the Banque des territoires, ADEME, SNCF, the Pyrénées-Orientales CCI, EPLF, and many other partners.

This multi-year contract represents a major step forward in the development of the Grand Saint Charles business park, Europe's leading fruit and vegetable marketing hub. 🍇🌽 It marks the start of a new era for the area, with ambitious projects aimed at decongesting the site, securing access, and improving the cohabitation of activities.
