The Charras district in Espira de l'Agly has been inaugurated. Thanks to a €158,000 grant from PMM, the works, costing a total of €910,000, have been completed, giving a new lease of life to this historic district.
These developments include green spaces to provide a pleasant living environment, parking areas to facilitate access, a children's play area and the rehabilitation of stormwater networks to improve water management and prevent flooding.
This project, the fruit of close collaboration between the municipality and the metropolis, bears witness to our shared commitment to improving the quality of life of our residents and revitalizing our region.
The event took place on Friday May 31 at 6.30pm in Espira de l'Agly, in the presence of Philippe Fourcade, mayor of Espira de l'Agly and community councillor, as well as Alain Dario, vice-president of PMM, representing President Robert Vila, and Anaïs Sabatini, Member of Parliament.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this wonderful achievement!
