The safeguarding and enhancement plan is drawn up jointly by the State and the municipality in a "safeguarded sector" created by the administrative authority because it is of a historical or aesthetic nature or of such a nature as to justify the conservation, restoration and enhancement of all or part of a group of buildings, whether built or not.
It is composed of a presentation report, regulations and graphic documents.
The modification n°1 of the PSMV was approved by prefectural decree on May 18, 2022.
