On Thursday March 21, at the Salon des maires des Pyrénées-Orientales, R. Vila, President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole, had the honor of exchanging views with Christophe Béchu, Minister of Ecology, on a crucial subject: the drought affecting our region.

 

This meeting was an opportunity for our local representatives to stress the importance of exceptional measures to deal with this worrying environmental situation, and the urgent need for increased support from the State to implement concrete actions.

 

Christophe Béchu, Minister for Ecological Transition and Social Cohesion, Thierry Bonnier, Préfet des P.O, Edmond Jorda, President of the Association des maires des P.O, Robert Vila, President of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole and numerous other elected officials attended the inauguration of the Salon des maires.

 

There will be a space dedicated to Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole in the Village des Intercommunalités and Cap sur 66 will have a 90 m² pavilion entirely dedicated to showcasing Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole's activities. #startups of the Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole
