📣 [#Inauguration] The new school restaurant "Eliane COMELADE" in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque!

Thursday, December 01 took place the inauguration of the new school restaurant "Eliane Comelade" of Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque.

📍A new 335m2 place in which the children of Charles Perrault School will be able to develop their taste and discover new flavors, a place of discovery and pleasure!

The name given to this place is a beautiful tribute to a muse of Catalan cuisine: Eliane COMELADE, who knew how to combine gastronomy and Catalanity.

Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole is proud to be able to support such structuring projects as this one, which guarantee a balance and allow each town and village to flourish in the best possible conditions. A financial support of nearly 80,000 euros was provided by the Urban Community for the creation of this new school restaurant.

🥕🧀 🍎The commune of Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque has chosen the services of UDSIS for the preparation and delivery of meals, with a relevant policy of favoring short circuits and seasonality, working closely with local producers.

Aliet and L.Debesombes-Singla, both deputies at the town hall of Sainte-Laurent-de-la-Salanque as well as members of the Comelade family.
