The development of sustainable social housing continues at City of Bompas with the laying of the foundation stone for Les Jardins de la Palmeraie 2 & 3, marking a new stage in the urban development of our region.

 

These two projects, led by ESH Habitat Perpignan Méditerranée, embody the joint determination of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole and the commune of Bompas to offer their residents high-quality, environmentally-friendly housing focused on sustainable development.

 

As a key partner, PMM is fully committed to financing these projects, with a contribution of €135,213 for tranche 2 and €322,748 for tranche 3.

 

These residences, which will house 79 social rental units, will be the first in the département to be built from recycled concrete, with photovoltaic panels ensuring self-consumption of electricity.

 

The project is part of a fast-growing neighborhood that favors a social mix, soft mobility and high quality services.
