🏚️ 👉 🏡 Yes to efficient renovations for your home!
🏚️ 👉 🏡 For several years now, Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole, with the support of the SPL Perpignan Méditerranée, has been providing homeowners on its territory with devices and resources to encourage energy renovation and to provide neutral and free support to individuals in their approach.
The project Edificat project therefore reinforces the previous work of the PMM'ER and will position itself as the Guichet RĂ©nov'Occitanie in Perpignan as of 1 January 2021.

Project summary: Buildings are responsible for a very large share of the city's CO2 emissions. This greenhouse gas is the main cause of climate change and also has adverse effects on the health of the population. The EDIFICAT project aims to promote the energy rehabilitation of buildings in order to reduce the city's energy consumption. The EDIFICAT project is aimed at individuals and professionals in the real estate sector who wish to participate in a reflection on their activities, based on a cross-border work of networking, training and collaboration between Girona and Perpignan. The project focuses mainly on building renovation activities, one of the main challenges in terms of innovation and added value for the sector and society, according to the current context. The implementation of EDIFICAT involves the development of a shared digital platform, as a tool for companies facing the challenges of energy efficiency, allowing them to find the first information and guidance tools that allow them to participate in its development. This virtual and cross-border tool will also help individuals and professionals in the real estate sector to find the necessary information and get in touch with local advisors and companies.

EDIFICAT is a public cross-border information and support platform for efficient and sustainable energy renovation of buildings dedicated to individuals and professionals in the city of Girona (ES) and the Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine (FR).
This project is co-financed by 65% of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the framework of the Interreg V-A Spain-France-Andorra Programme (POCTEFA 2014-2020). The POCTEFA aims at the economic and social strengthening of the Spain-France-Andorra border area.
